Originally a Methodist chapel, later turning into a Sunday school, and now converted into a wonderful holiday property, this characterful retreat oozes character and charm. The first room you’ll enter is the stylish open-plan kitchen/diner. Light floods in through the large windows and it is the perfect spot to socialise together or spend time cooking. The two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor; choose between a sumptuous double or a welcoming twin bedroom. A contemporary shower room with a walk-in shower completes this level. Upstairs, in the mezzanine lounge, you will find plenty of comfortable sofas and seating set around a warming wood burner where you can get cosy after busy days. Outside to the front of the property is a small, enclosed patio area with seating and a BBQ.
Set in the idyllic village of Rumford, this property has plenty of walking and cycling trails right from the doorstep. You can head off into the countryside to look out for wildlife and enjoy breathtaking views.
