Or grab your hiking boots and take a beautiful stroll at Thursford Wood (1 mile), a Medieval wood pasture that’s home to some of the oldest trees in England. Head into the pretty Georgian town of Holt (7 miles) to browse the shops and tearooms in its hidden flint stone yards – they’re just overflowing with charm – or to market town of Fakenham (7 miles) to experience all the thrill of a day at the races at its historic racecourse. Further afield, head to Cromer (17 miles) to enjoy some traditional seaside fun and dine on some delicious Cromer crab.

Cook up a storm for your loved ones in the stylish kitchen area and get everyone together to eat at the large dining table, before heading to the smart sitting area to chill out in front of the wood burner. On this floor you’ll also find a handy utility room and cloakroom, as well as a chic super-king bedroom with an en-suite wet room. Head up to the first floor and you’ll find three more lovely bedrooms to choose from – two doubles and a twin. One of the doubles has an en-suite shower rooms and French doors that lead out to a beautiful feature balcony. A chic family bathroom completed the first-floor layout.
Outside you’ll find a wonderful lawned garden and patio, so fire up the BBQ and get everyone together to make some memories as you dine alfresco together around the outdoor dining table.
