The main house is set back from the road, there is a designated parking spot on the street for guest use. In the home, on the right of the entrance hall, is the living area. LIVING ROOM The living room comprises of three sofas, surrounding a classic fireplace. Artwork and mirrors decorate the walls and a desk with a chair occupies the space in the bay window. On the left of the room, is a music area, with a wooden grand piano, perfect for the musically gifted! Bookcases and impressive artworks surround the piano. PLAYROOM Along the hallway, to the playroom, which includes an armchair, sofa and a television (with an Amazon Fire TV Stick), with a surrounding bookcase. Framed pictures decorate the space. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM The kitchen and dining space is at the back of the house, looking out to the garden. The kitchen includes a central island, with fittings in Navy blue and a white Aga oven. Beside the kitchen is a long dining table and surrounding chairs, as well as a sofa, smart television and artwork on the walls. French doors lead out to the garden. GARDEN The garden includes a lawn area, as well as patio with outdoor table and chairs. The space is surrounded by plants and trees. There is a BBQ for dining alfresco in the summer months as well. WC There is a WC and basin on the ground floor, for convenience. BATHROOM Upstairs on the first floor, is the bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC and basin. Ornate green and white tiling lines the floor. FIRST BEDROOM This room is perfect for children, with a bunk bed which includes 2 single beds. Underneath the bunk bed there is a further mattress- so this room can sleep up to 3 guests. This room is decorated with colourful murals and has toys and a small table and chairs. There is a wardrobe and chest-of-drawers as well. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom includes a double bed in the centre of the space, with bedside tables either side. There is also a chest-of-drawers, a dressing table and mirror by the window and an en suite bathroom. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a shower, basin with marble top and a WC. THIRD BEDROOM On the top floor of the house, is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and art on the walls. There is an armchair in the corner and a chest-of-drawers. BATHROOM The bathroom on this floor includes a shower, WC and basin, with grey brickwork tiling. FOURTH BEDROOM This bedroom includes a single bed, chest of drawers, armchair and toys. There is also a wardrobe and small writing desk. House Rules: No smoking, pets or parties! The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
