There’s a utility room with a washer and dryer, plus a pool table, table tennis and full Sky HD including movies and sports. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout.

You’ll have full use of the lodge, the enclosed lakefront decking, the private hot tub, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. The decking has direct access to the lake, and private parking is right outside the property.

It's the perfect space to be active and explore, ideal for cycling, paddle-boarding, or just walking and enjoying the abundant wildlife and fresh air.
South Cerney is only a few minutes away and is one of the area’s most established villages. Think traditional stone cottages, small, friendly shops, lovely pubs and delightful cafés. Tree-lined lanes and village greens all lead directly towards scenic lakeside routes, so nature’s nearby even when you’re shopping.
Cirencester is about 10-15 minutes by car and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a rich sense of history. Kemble Station is also close, with direct trains into London, making this spot practical for quick weekend visits as well as longer stays.

We recommend travelling by car to get the most out of the area. That being said, Kemble Train Station is only a few minutes away with direct trains to London. Definitely book local taxis in advance for any specific travel plans. The local bus service is very reliable, and the 51 route links Cirencester, Swindon and nearby villages.
