Come and settle into this unique craftsman unit with a beautiful backyard that borders the University of Puget Sound. From the unit, you are a short two-block walk to Sixth Avenue. The interior of the unit has refinished hardwood floors throughout, a cozy gas fireplace, and new kitchen appliances. Step out onto the covered back deck and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine year-round. We look forward to welcoming you to Tacoma.
The main level of this unit has one bedroom with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace. There is a full bath on the main floor, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with queen beds.
Out the back door, you have access to a covered deck. The backyard has a shared covered grilling station and hot tub for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Guests have access to the entire unit. There is a separate basement unit that may be occupied by another guest.
We give guests privacy and offer self-check-in. However, we do live locally and are available to guests as needed.
Beautiful and quiet north Tacoma neighborhood. This unit is just two blocks from Sixth Avenue attractions and also right next to The University of Puget Sound. There is a quiet walking path from the alley directly to the University.
Off-street parking, please make sure not to park right in front of our neighbor's homes; they are supportive of our Airbnb so we try to be respectful.
Uber and Lyft serve the local market.

- ONLY the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay -no more than 6 people per reservation.
- Family and friends are welcome to visit although no parties or events are allowed in the property and no guests beyond 10 pm.
- Loud noise/gatherings outside the property -including deck, are restricted after 10pm. Help us maintain a good relationship with our neighbors.
- Please don't park in front of our neighbors houses, while street parking is open, we try to be respectful of their convenience as they graciously support us sharing our home with you.
