Brewer`s Hill is a vibrant, historic neighborhood in Milwaukee, known for its charming brick row houses, tree-lined streets, and easy access to the city’s best spots. Just minutes from downtown, it’s perfect for exploring local breweries, trendy restaurants, and lively bars. Enjoy a mix of city energy and residential charm, with parks, shops, and cultural attractions all within walking distance.
This unit has a private 1 car garage with room for 1 additional car in front of the garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. Street parking is also readily available & is free for 3 nights with permission from the city. Milwaukee has Bublr bike stations all through out the city. The Hop, Milwaukee`s street car, has a station 8 blocks away. Uber & Lyft are available.

- Please note, this unit is located in a building with multiple units. All units are short or midterm rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. Our house rules do require that shoes are removed prior to entry & no loud music or late night partying to mitigate any disturbances.
- Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free. Thank you!
