Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 37 square meters flat in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, located on the ground floor. It is ideally located at the foot of the Montmartre hill and 9 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur basilica. You can walk in this emblematic district of the city and discover Paris! Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement Located in Paris, the flat is bright and very well situated. It is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a nice living room to relax after an intense day. You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Dishwasher, oven, iron and washing machine. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The area offers immediate proximity to many shops, bars and restaurants. Parc Monceau is 15 minutes away by metro, and the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées are 20 minutes away. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. ## Emplacement The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability. ## Transports Metro/Bus: Lines 2 and 12 (Pigalle station): 6 min walk. Line 12 (Abesses station): 3 minutes on foot. From Paris Charles de Gaulle airport : 45 mn by metro/RER. From Gare du Nord station: 15 minutes by metro. From Gare Montparnasse : 25 mn by metro.
