Uniquely situated, the property offers spectacular views of both the Gulf and Mobile Bay and has 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, and an additional sleeping bunk room (the “Spare Oom” - though no magical wardrobe has yet to be found. The property, located on the west side of the duplex, was renovated in 2025. Cair Paravel West shares a large pool and pool deck with the other side of the duplex, Cair Paravel East. You have your own private 7-person hot tub on the upper deck where you can watch dolphins jump or enjoy the sunset while you soak.
Convenience is key with the pool and the beach just steps from the house. The pool deck is large enough to serve meals, play games and soak up the sun. Swim laps or just lounge in the huge pool while the little ones enjoy the small wading pool attached to it. A short boardwalk leads directly to the open, white sand where you can set up an umbrella or tent and chairs, kayak, fish, search for sea shells, or just relax on the beach.
The first level of the house includes the large, open living area, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a full bathroom. First level bedrooms include one king bed and full-size bunk beds with views of the Mobile Bay. The first level opens onto a screened in porch and sunning porch.
The second level of the property includes the Master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 king bedrooms, and the “Spare Oom” with 4 twin beds. The upstairs bathroom is located between the rooms. The Master Bedroom offers unbeatable views of the Gulf of America. It opens onto a porch.
Each bedroom comes equipped with a Roku TV and Wi-Fi runs throughout the house. A charcoal grill is located on a covered patio beneath the house.
We’ve added blackout shades to every room so you can choose to wake with the sunrise or close the curtains and enjoy a little extra rest.
