Summary: I stood here for 5 days and the staff was terrible. I got a weak a** greeting upon arrival, she just opened the door and rushed me up to my room. My first night there I noticed my balcony door would not close and so I expressed my concern on the matter. Instead of understanding and solving the issue/accommodating me, the lady (staff) decided to be sarcastic and snarky with me saying oh you’ll be fine with that for the night. Then my door key stopped working when I got back to the hotel one night. Had to wait for someone to come fix tht. Overall the place was clean though. They just need better staffing, people with better customer service! And who are welcome friendly !!
