Vacation Rental Spring through the fall 2022! This Sandbridge Beach vacation cottage rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday, beginning spring through New Years Day 2021!
PLEASE NOTE THIS COTTAGE IS A MAX OF 2 ADULTS AND UPTO 3 CHILDREN.

The beach is walking distance across the road from your single-family vacation cottage which is situated closest cottage to the front pool and clubhouse in the Outdoor Resorts of Virginia Beach (Surfside at Sandbridge). This property has an on-site concierge that makes for smooth sailing for check in and check out process and any emergent issues in between.
Aside from various water sports, you can enjoy many different activities in the resort to include tennis/pickleball, basketball , volleyball, a brand new custom children's park and more.
Do you like to fish? Surf? Paddle Board? Kayak? Bike? Run? Walk? This single-family vacation cottage is for you. It sleeps 2 adults plus up to 3 children.
***Note: No Pets are allowed. No Parties. Non-Smoking Cottage. Please stow the patio umbrella when not on the grounds to prevent winds from taking it into the bay.***
Surfside at Sandbridge Resort is situated at 3665 Sandpiper Rd. in Virginia Beach. As you pull into the resort parking lot you will find newly surfaced tennis/pickle ball courts and a newly updated clubhouse adjoined by the front pool and shower rooms. The bottom floor of the clubhouse has a bathhouse that includes a male and female sauna, showers, bathhouse and gym. When you get to the entrance gate to the resort, resort boat ramp is on your left. Yes! You can bring a small boat or jet skis! Message me for the parking size details before your bring your boat. This cottage can allow either two car parking or a vehicle and a small boat trailer or golf cart.
Your outdoor deck overlooks the canal on the Back Bay which is an excellent place to enjoy coffee which you can make in your own cottage or find next door at the Baja Coffee Company which opens at 6:30 am to 12:30. A short walk, or bike from your cottage. In the evenings, Baja Restaurant transforms into a coastal dining experience and entertainment venue. Bands, DJs, Dodgeball, Karaoke and more. The resort has 2 laundry rooms with 2 washers and 2 dryers in each facility. Both facilities come with male and female bath houses, making that 3 sets on the grounds. The laundry machines take Samsung Pay, Apple, Pay, Credit cards and quarters. They are immaculately kept. The laundry room closest to you has a beach volleyball net and a brand new "Surf themed" playground for children.
A grill awaits you on the deck for your family to enjoy. You can fish right off your cottage bulkhead located on the canal or you can relax on patio furniture on your deck under a patio umbrella.
Kelly, our Concierge, is a local resident, provides a 5-star service from check in to check out. She will treat you like family and send you a "To Do" message on VRBO when you book one of our cottages which include local restaurants, and fun things to enjoy for you and your family during your stay. .

A set of twin bunk beds, and a sofa sleeper with a double size air mattress for up to 3 children. A large flat screen smart TV and high speed wireless internet and a radio make your vacation complete, with cable and the ability to sign into your TV apps to watch your favorite shows. A fully stocked kitchenette and dinging room area await your meal times. We gift our guests dark roast coffee as a thank you.

Amazon Now delivers groceries and Whole Foods to the front gate within 2 hours as well. Instacart delivers from several popular grocers too. If you want to find something in a pinch, Sandbridge Market near the Fire Dept, at the North End has everything you need, to include home made donuts made fresh every morning. Our local shopping area, Red Mill District, is about 15 mins away from Sandbridge and has every store, restaurant you can imagine and a movie theater.
COVID 19 INFO OUR RENTALS:
We will require all guests to bring sheets, blankets and towels for their stay to prevent the spread of COVID or anything else to our concierge, cleaning crew and future guests that check in behind you. We ask that all guests wipe down their countertops and bathroom counters before they check out and please use the Shark vacuum to keep the ant population down during the summer months. We have regular pest control scheduled throughout the year. Leaving crumbs behind can put a damper on your vacation. Help us keep ants out of your camper. Our cleaners sanitize and make your cottage hotel ready for your stay but we ask you to work as a team to keep our cottage as COVID friendly as possible. We are all in this together and we are thankful we can offer you a relaxing and fun get away during these times.

The cottage will provides a starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and a trash bags. You will be required to purchase or bring these with you once you run out. The local Sandbridge market normally carries these items but during COVID it is safer to bring them with you from home in case of shortages.
Requirements: Must be 25 yrs of age to book, you cannot book this cottage for another person if you are not staying in the cottage, this a NON-SMOKING Unit, No Parties are allowed, No Pets Allowed, Maximum adult occupancy is 2 adults plus up to 4 children. For children under age 2, please bring a portable sleeping arrangement and portable high chair. This cottage is not baby safe. Please supervise your children during your stay. Kids must be accompanied by an adult on the grounds and cannot operate a golf cart unless they are at lease 16 yrs old with a drivers license.
The outdoor pools normally open Memorial Day weekend and close Labor Day weekend.
