Noise Considerations:
This is a peaceful neighborhood, but you may occasionally hear planes flying overhead. Normal sounds from the upstairs neighbors, including the washer and dryer and everyday household activity, can also be heard. Most guests find it unobtrusive, but we want you to be fully informed.
Interaction With Guests
I'm available by phone should you have urgent needs or you may message me via the app. I live off-site but should you have any emergency issues, either I will come fix them, or send a handyman if I'm unavailable.
