You enter into the lounge with its perfect blend of classic and modern furnishings and features. From the lounge you walk through to the separate dining room with ample space for 4 to dine comfortably. The galley style kitchen leads from the dining room and is fully equipped for all your holiday catering needs. Off the kitchen is a cloakroom and the glazed door leading to the courtyard garden.
The enclosed courtyard garden with its pretty raised flower beds and outside lighting, table and seating, make this the perfect spot to unwind.
From the dining room, stairs lead up to the two double bedrooms. The front bedroom, with a kingsize bed, is spacious and light and overlooks the quiet street below. The rear bedroom is slightly smaller and has a double bed and overlooks the garden and the rooftops of Rye.
The bathroom is accessed through the rear bedroom and has a bath, overhead shower, WC, hand basin and shaver point. There is a second WC on the ground floor.
There is a TV/Games room in the basement accessed via steep stairs. Here you will find a selection of DVD's, books and board games.
