Summary: Dawkins Manor is a lovely inn, owned and operated by Celia Dawkins for the past 42 years. Rooms are squeaky clean and comfortable. We rented the two bedrooms and main room upstairs that included a full kitchen, dining and living area. It was quite comfortable for 4 adults. It was also nice having a swimming pool on property. It's located in the Paget Parish neighborhood, walking distance to a grocery store (one block) and Elbow Beach (which is stunning!). You're only one block off of the bus line and ferry boats, that give you access to the entire island. On an island that is generally very expensive, Dawkins Manor is a true value.
