- The kitchen, just next to the living room, is well-equipped with all you'll need to whip up a yummy meal. You'll also find the dining are here with seats for 4.
- The bedroom features a double bed, fitted with hotel quality linens for your comfort.
- The bathroom is fitted with a toilet and shower and also features a bathtub.
We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.
Please, note that guests are required to collect keys from the Keynest store and need to wait for the instructions to collect the keys before going to the property.

This means you can get to Oxford Circus and Covent Garden in just 2 minutes and Bond Street in 4 minutes. You are so central here, walking around is also a great option! Alternatively, there are also many busses that stop around the area including: Stop J (Red Lion Square), Stop A (Red Lion Street), Stop K (Holborn Station), many transportation options around

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
