When you choose Hideaway as the base for your holiday, the attention to detail in the presentation of the property will ensure your holiday is relaxing and enjoyable from the start to finish. This property has the option for a hot tub (*charges apply) and is also pet friendly (*charges apply).

Living
From the entrance of the property, the open plan hallway flows into a large, dual aspect living area with large smart TV and DVD player. The bright pops of colour in the soft furnishings and the feature wood burner ensure you feel cosy and comfortable even on the most wintery of days. Large patio doors lead from this room with steps into the garden and to the games room.

Dining/Cooking
The kitchen is well equipped to ensure dining and cooking for the family is as stress free as possible. A range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, large American fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. The extendable dining table is situated in the kitchen area with seating for 8, two more chairs are provided upstairs, and a dining bench can be moved from the lounge if required. A door from this room leads onto a paved garden area with a picnic bench to enjoy alfresco dining. There is also a utility room.

Sleeping
There are 5 bedrooms in total, two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, one a double with en-suite and the other a twin bedroom. Toi the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a small double room and a flexible room with zip and link beds which can be arranged as a king size or twin (please note these beds are 2' 6'' wide which is narrower than the standard single bed width of 3"). This property has been converted from a bungalow and as a result the upstairs bedrooms do have some height restrictions as can be seen in the photographs. Two of the bedrooms have TVs.

Bathing
To the ground floor there is a large wet room with shower, wc and wash basin accessed via the hallway and also gives access to the patio are with hot tub. The downstairs double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Outside
The hot tub is situated on the patio area to the side of the property (additional charges apply) and there is a lawned garden. A games room can be found at the bottom of the lawned area of garden which is well equipped with an air hockey table, table football and retro arcade games machine. This is sure to be the most popular area for the children of the group. A coal BBQ is provided.

There is a porch for shoes and outerwear. Parking for up to 3 vehicles to the front of the property.

Good To know
Retractable stair gates can be found at the top and bottom of the staircase. Please note that due to the installation and design of the stairs, these gates leave a gap at the bottom which could potentially allow a child to crawl beneath. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times.

Please note that due to the surfboard design of the garden gate, the garden is not a secure space for unaccompanied dogs.

BT Fibre Wifi, bed linen & bath/hand/hot tub towels are provided free of charge.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are accepted at this property

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
