Kaolin Cottage is a wonderful cottage named after the resources that defined the area, English China Clay or 'Kaolin'. It is located in the a delightfully peaceful area within St Austell with fantastic views including the sea in the distance. You will love the pretty garden with a furnished decking area allows you to soak up the Cornish sun. Parking included. The home has just undergone a full refurbishment and is fully equipped to make this your home from home, including wifi and a smart TV.
The Space:
Newly refurbished property in a row of traditional Cornish cottages that has fantastic views including a sea view in the distance. There is a long garden with a decking area and garden furniture.
Inside consists of an open plan lounge diner with a conservatory/sun room. First flight of stairs leads to two bedrooms and the bathroom. Follow the stairs up to the top floor and you will find the third bedroom in the loft space with a built in skylight.
There is a large allocated parking space at the rear of the garden behind the wooden shed. It is big enough for two cars and there is public parking close by for any more vehicles.
