Summary: We reserved the room as a good place to stay w/ a family & we were all looking forward to using the hot tub. We had specifically reserved it because it had an indoor hot tub and pool. When we arrived & checked in, there was a note at the desk that the hot tub was out of commission. We were super disappointed. The next day we were told that it has been out of commission for a couple months and that management says they aren't going to bother fixing it until summer, that a sign at check in is enough. That is really frustrating because online it shows as having one & why we chose it. By the time you have your family at check in, it is not refundable AND a pain to repack up the car and find a new place. We were really disappointed with this. The room was also pretty disappointing. It was plenty of space, but had a cable cord draped across the room & just not great quality. The bedding was nice & the lady at check in was nice. The guy in the morning said there just was nothing he could do, that we are not the first people frustrated about this.
