The external windows and doors, in soundproofing double-glazed PVC, allow access to a comfortable balcony with partial sea view. In addition to the laundry service which can be managed independently, inside the room there is a very elegant and large private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Heating is autonomous with aluminium radiators powered by methane, air conditioning with inverter and wi-fi TV. Languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch.
