The duplex is separated into two private spaces with private entrances, the front Unit #1 and back Unit #2 have mirror image layouts and share a common wall in the center. This specific listing is for the entire Duplex. Front patio and BBQ access is available to Unit #1 & entire duplex renters only (access is not available to Unit #2 renters).
