HOUSE RULES
1. NO LOCAL RENTALS
We do not accept bookings from residents of Grand Bahama Island.
2. SLEEPING CAPACITY
The condo is designed for a maximum of 6 adults. Only registered guests are allowed overnight and should NEVER exceed this.
3. NO GLASS on the patios
No glass bottles, glasses, dishes, etc. of any kind are to be brought to the patio area. Plastic dinnerware and stemware are provided to be used on the patios.
3. Property & Furniture
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances and furniture for their intended uses
4. Community Quiet Hours
10:00 pm – 9:00 am
5. NO SMOKING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
No smoking in the condo. Marajuana is illegal in the Bahamas
6. NO PETS ALLOWED
7. DAMAGES
As our guest, you are responsible for reporting any breakage, spills, malfunction, etc.. Please contact us immediately regarding the issue.
8. DO NOT FLUSH
anything other than toilet paper in toilets.
9. CHILDREN & INFANTS
Children are always welcomed but please note that child-friendly DOES NOT mean the condo is child proof. It is the responsibility of the parent to monitor ALL children AT ALL TIMES.
10. OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
Any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

Children (persons 15 and under) are not permitted at or in the pool or pool patio area without an adult supervision.
• NO GLASS
·No glass bottles, glasses, dishes, etc. of any kind are to be brought to the pool area. Plastic cups are provided in the kitchen cabinets to be used at the pool and on the patios.
• BEHAVIOR
No loud or unruly behavior or excessive splashing of water is permitted that is disturbing to other guests.
