Positive: Beautiful 3 bedroom unit. The beach is amazing and the work out facility was nice as well

Negative: The hot tub wasn’t working. A real let down for the price we paid. The room itself lacked necessary items. 1 pot 1 pan no sheet pans or anything else to cook on. The manager/concierge (Lee) kept telling us to reach out with anything we needed and then would not get back to us. She told us she inquired about some local activities and then never got back to us. I reached out about a broken ice machine, no response. She called us a cab when we arrived and it was triple the cost of doing so on our own. We saw her multiple times on property and never said a word. Minimal other staff there but they were helpful and nice.

Summary: Nice apartment but lacks amenities for what it costs to stay there
