With 3,008 square feet of air-conditioned room and an extra 450 square feet of covered patio area, this home is ideal for a family or a larger group. The master suite has a king bed and a master bath with sliding doors that open to a covered terrace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.
A fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Other features include a coffee maker, barbecue grill, and an ice machine capable of producing up to 800 pounds of ice each day, a washer and dryer, all linens and towels, cable television in each bedroom, and FREE high-speed Internet/WIFI. We have a 98' dock behind our home. Dockage for vessels up to 39’ is included, as well as water and shore electricity. Inquire with the host if your vessel is 40' or larger.
