Approximately 7 miles from the airport and only 1 mile to Georgetown for grocery stores, gas station, straw market, Minn's Boat rentals, water taxi, and shops. Home offers fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, wood ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, each bedroom has its own remote controlled air conditioner , no carpet, tile floors throughout, washer and dryer.
