On a shoreline with only a handful of neighboring properties and no public access, the beach is never crowded. You might even have this beach all to yourselves at times! This is the perfect place to get away, but still close enough to restaurants and activities when you decide to venture.

Location:
We are located in CENTRAL Eleuthera, an out island of the Bahamas. Our town of North Palmetto Point is on the Atlantic side of the island, just outside the main town of Governor's Harbour - a 15 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. (** Please note that this part of the island is different from Harbour Island & Spanish Wells in NORTH Eleuthera. **)

Airports:
While Governor's Harbour (GHB) is the nearest airport, you may also fly into North Eleuthera (ELH) or Rock Sound (RSD).

The second bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on a lower level with its own entrance. This allows for greater privacy between the House guests.

About the Island:
There's a saying "Eleuthera - it's not for everyone!" Please do your research before booking. Despite the rise in celebrity sightings and luxury homes, Eleuthera remains largely an uncommercialized island, scattered with family-owned restaurants and businesses. This is SMALL ISLAND LIVING, where keeping the power on and the water running are a part of daily life. However, kindness operates 24/7/365 and the beaches can't be beat. About Us:
Named after the seashell conch (pronounced "KONK"), the property was built in 1999 and purchased by new owners in October 2020. Although an older home, the new owners fell in love with its ocean views, direct location on the beach, and relaxed island vibe. Not needing much more than a simple abode, soft sand and sun, this is where they come to get away from it all, breathe in the fresh air, warm up and recharge. They welcome you to do the same!
