Summary: Great location ! 5 min walk train station & bus stop 2 mins. This location is on the main rd so expect to hear police sirens or ambulance sirens throughout the day & night. 20min walk to Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Central enough that you can take train to tourist attractions -20-35 mins max. Self serve for extra towels, soaps, tea bags or cups always stocked up. Security passcode to get in building and security passcode for your unit. Elevator did not work during my stay. Would have been nice to be informed about that. I was on the 5th floor so I had to carry luggages 6 flights stairs. The girl working the desk was kind enough to assist. The day I was leaving … I had asked in chat box on app and the answer was no that that service was not available. I struggled bringing my luggage down those stairs alone & when I got to the bottom - to see that there was someone just sitting behind the desk … was quite frustrating.
