Important Notice Water Conservation Measurement Notice - Update:
We received a water conservation notice from the Administration of temporary conservation measures currently being implemented through the building’s cistern for the current month of August. Scheduled water supply is coordinated with the PR Aqueduct Authority’s current rationing calendar. With our properties, our goal is to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable, well-prepared, and relaxing stay with added peace of mind, and for the ongoing water rationing in certain areas of San Juan, PR, we are doing our best with a Water Preparedness Plan.
Some of the scheduled dates may fall during your stay. Scheduled Building Water Supply Hours During Rationing will be provided before September if continue.
As an additional emergency water supply, we are providing:
-5-gallon buckets equipped with portable shower heads/sprayers for bathroom or kitchen use.
-5-gallon drinking-water container with dispenser for drinking and cooking purposes.
-Additional stock of gallons of water for essential needs
We recommend keeping the buckets filled during the available water-supply periods so that stored water remains available for additional showers or other necessary use during the rationed hours.
We truly appreciate your understanding regarding this temporary situation affecting the San Juan area. We are doing everything reasonably possible to prepare our properties and support our guests during their stay.
Water Conservation Measures:
Avoid use of the washing machine or dishwasher. Moderate use when rinsing dishes and showering. While the water conservation measures remain current, we, the hosts, will be required to access the unit, always with prior notice, to deliver and drop off the water supply.
If interruptions from the Aqueduct Authority become prolonged due to the current low reservoir levels, the condominium will continue relying on the building’s cistern according to the established scheduled supply hours until regular water service is restored.
We remain hopeful that the upcoming season will bring the much-needed rainfall to help replenish our reservoirs and allow water service to gradually return to normal.

Additional description/information of our unit:
-The unit is not child-proof, but a play yard can be provided upon request.
-Master Bathroom Shower-Helpful Tip. Please note that if the shower head is directed toward the glass enclosure, a small amount of water may splash outside the shower area. To minimize this, simply angle the shower head slightly toward the back wall of the shower while in use.
For added convenience, the shower is also equipped with a handheld shower head (hose), which helps direct the water more precisely and further reduces the chance of water reaching the bathroom floor.
