All our rooms are only accessible by stairs (except for the Easy Access rooms) there are no elevators in any of our properties. The properties have been updated to a high standard while retaining their unique character with handmade furniture, quality fittings and local traditional building materials. The Black Boy Inn is the main building, one of North Wales's oldest inns and dates back to 1522. Located within Caernarfon's historic town walls, it is an easy walk within the town center and the 13th-century castle You'll find a cozy atmosphere with thick stone walls (1.2 to 4.9 feet) low ceilings, creaking floorboards and narrow staircases.
