Positive: Very spacious. You get the feeling all has been thought over and acted upon by the proprietor. Breakfast was Kenyan. Dorcas smoothie was fantastic. Location super

Negative: There is a major construction in the neighborhood. But the construction is not round the clock and not on weekends. Breakfast can be better. More international.
