Summary: When booking this I was impressed with the pictures and the 8.4 rating. I read the first several reviews and it seemed great. It is in a good location. Read another review after arriving and they agree it should have a rating of 2-3. Initially, the owner did not know we were coming so we had to scrounge around to find someone who could help us. The owner was in Korea. It looks like the property has some significant water damage and evidenced by damage walls, etc. Neither the door to the bathroom nor bedroom would close, due to damage at the bottom of each door (assuming water damage). Even locals said "next time, you need a better place", and I agree.
