The balcony off of the living room has a beautiful view of the beach, perfect for dolphin watching in the morning over a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. There is no need to worry about the hassle of stairs; with an elevator leading to the 1st floor, this unit is a single level. The Club at Mexico Beach, after much love and nurturing after Hurricane Michael, is a condo development located on Highway 98 in the heart of Mexico Beach, offering plenty of amenities and fantastic gulf views. Located just across the street from the beach, you have a short walk to the white sand and crystal clear water. With a community pool and hot tub, you have the best of both worlds. There is also covered, paved parking underneath the complex and an outdoor shower, and a picnic area with a parkside grill for community use.
