Summary: Group of 9 were excited to stay here for a birthday weekend. The pictures were as listed however the location was not. It required a 10/20-minute uber each way into town and certainly nothing walkable nearby. When confronting management, they were not only dismissive of the burden that such a change would have on plans where location and transit were factored into all logistics, but also acted as if this had never been brought to their attention before, despite multiple reviews that (in hindsight) seem to hint that this was the case (though I never expected this much of a discrepancy—1.5 hour vs 15 minute walk to the Marina). False advertising seemed deliberate with the lack of communication until the day of arrival, despite emails confirming the advertised address the week of as well as attempts to get the exact address beforehand. While the estate was lovely, we would have made other plans had we known the discrepancy in location. All in all, if you plan to stay here, please factor in transit time and costs as nothing is walkable as the listing suggests and don’t expect management to be particularly helpful in assisting with this.
