Summary: Check in is a three hour window. 3pm-6pm. Before that they won't look at you. After that they charge a late fee. To top it off they couldn't provide an itemized receipt for the extra charge. The only two things I liked about the stay is the courteous attendant who walked you to your room and showed you around and the shower water pressure
