This home sits in a corner lot across the street from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino open 24/7. with several restaurants, food court, and bars, Next to I-4 interstate and mass transit.The home has been extensively renovated with a new kitchen, appliances, air conditioner, bathrooms, bedrooms ,beds, and large screened in patio. Parking for up to 6 cars with 2 covered.
The space
We love travelling and our home has been extensively renovated. We designed it as being guests and what amenities are meaningful to us. For short, stay or long ones. We personally manage, maintain, and clean this home so if something is amiss, it is on us. Our goal is to treat you as a friend, and we expect that you will treat our house with care and considerations for our neighbors. Thank you.
Other things to note
Many short term rentals are copying our WalkoHardrock moniker but not one is closer to the casino then we are specially if you use the non de script back entrance. We are closer to the Amphitheater, Florida Fairgrounds and Bob equestrian using the entrance on Orient Rd.
Our check out times is 11 am and our check in time is 3 pm. We always try to accommodate our guests needs. On occasion we receive requests for early check ins and or late check outs which it is not always possible because we need time to clean and repairs for our next guests. Once the house is ready you will receive your individual code and you are welcome to check in. If you would like a late check out no later than 2pm, please let us know in advance so we can confirm if that is an option.
House rules: NO PARTIES, NO DOGS, NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
Checking out, the only things we ask is that the door be locked after leaving. We expect that you have maintained the house while being our guests. We will take care of the rest. Thank you.
