The bedroom offers a full-sized bed, down pillows and premium linens. The sleeping loft offers three twin beds that can be converted to a king bed with a sitting area and balcony. The living/dining area features an open floor plan with a wall of windows that provides unobstructed river views and because the sitting area is outfitted with two daybeds - perfect for an afternoon nap. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The newly renovated bathroom offers a rain head shower and natural materials for a spa like experience. All linens and bath towels are included.
With a dock and direct access to the river, guests can enjoy a day of water sports, swimming, kayaking or fishing and later watch glorious sunsets from the deck adjacent to the living room. A grill and fire pit are provided for guests' enjoyment as are a row boat, two kayaks, with paddles and life vests, two bicycles and yard games. The large platform dock will secure a 20' boat and accommodate swimmers and loungers alike.
