You’re in the perfect spot for history and legends, and it’s easy to visit The Merry Maidens Stone Circle (6 miles), which is either the site where 19 women were transformed into stones for dancing on the Sabbath, or it’s a late stone age/early bronze age monument used to track phases of the moon. For nautical tales, try the Mayon Cliff shipwreck, 1 mile away. You can walk along the cliff to find Land’s End (1 mile), Sennen Cove (1 mile) and the Enys Dodnan Arch (1.5 miles), an unusual rock formation.
