Located on one of the most beautiful, exclusive two (2) mile stretches of beachfront in Exuma; only accessible by the seven (7) estate homes of “The Cut”.
From the moment you cross the threshold into Sea Escape Exuma, you will immediately be drawn to the awe-inspiring panoramic views of the beautiful Caribbean blue ocean.
As you open the door to back deck, you will walk out to our large, heated, infinity pool surrounded by an expansive patio area with extensive room for laying out in the sun with a tropical beverage, relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. All with extraordinary scenic views.
Once you walk down the patio steps, you will follow the sidewalk to the stairs leading down to the most beautiful, white, sandy beach & bluest, clearest ocean water you have ever experienced. Take a moment to take a deep breath and listen to the gentle crashing of ocean waves, feel the soft sand between your toes, and notice your body relax and the smile across your face.
Now, time to go back inside, make yourself a tropical drink, and explore your new home-away-from-home.
You will immediately notice that all your views are ocean-facing, so no one in your party is robbed of the breathtaking view of the Caribbean waters.
On the main level, you will notice the large open floor plan featuring our huge, comfortable great room with high, vaulted ceilings, as well as our large dining room, and well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen.
Just down the hallway are two (2) large master bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a large walk-in closet, as well as an en suite with a large bath, separate glass shower, and double sink vanity. The other bedroom also has its own en suite, as well as large, glass doors which open to a patio area that features spectacular views of the ocean. Both bedrooms also have very comfortable king-sized beds. You will also find the shared half-bathroom on this level.
As you go up the open staircase to the upper level, you will come to our cozy sitting room where you can find a quiet space to read a book or watch the spectacular sunsets over the inland waterways. Also on this level, you will find two (2) more large bedrooms with accompanying en suites. One bedroom has another comfortable king-sized bed, and the other has two (2) equally comfortable queen-sized beds.
Heading back down the open staircase to the lower level, you discover our large living room which features a Smart TV, a comfortable lounging area, and wall-to-wall glass doors…again with outstanding views of the beach and ocean. Also on this level, there is a 2nd well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a small dining area, which is great for parties and catering.
Just down the hallway, you will find two (2) more large bedrooms with accompanying en suites (one with an outdoor shower and double sink vanity). One bedroom has another comfortable king-sized bed, and the other has two (2) equally comfortable queen-sized beds. Each bedroom also has its own set of large, glass doors that lead out to a private patio, great for sitting and having your morning cup of coffee in your little piece of paradise.
Although Sea Escape Exuma is fully equipped with chaise lounges, beach toys, kayaks, etc. you also may want to get out and explore our incredible island of Exuma. There are many, many excursions available, from swimming with the pigs at Pig Island, catching a water taxi ride over to Stocking Island, and hanging out at Chat ‘N’ Chill, scuba diving at the numerous, beautiful reefs, and more!
At the end of a day exploring the island or just plain chillin’ on property, there is no shortage of delicious restaurants, as well as extremely talented personal chefs and caterers, to satisfy your hungry family and friends.
