A beautiful 3 bedroom house with a brand new swimming pool, just a few minutes off Bellport's main street. Very quiet neighborhood, close to town but still feels far away. Steps from the Bay, where you can go Kayaking or simply enjoy the sunset. Bellport/Brookhaven is gaining more fans each year, as it has the Hamptons charm and it is only 1.5 hours from NYC.
The house is a cute cottage, with three fully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a queen size bed. It is a weekend home, with everything a weekend home has to offer: a backyard swimming pool with outdoor shower, a cozy kitchen, an outdoor grill, a kayak (seats 3 - and we have life vests) and a basketball hoop.
All kitchen, bath and beach amenities included. Outdoor patio and additional dining table, large gas grill, outside shower. A/C units keep the house cool. Flat screen TV with satellite cable in the master suite, and TV with internet on second bedroom, dishwasher, laundry room with washer/dryer. Wifi.
