Guest house is part of a 44 acre estate that includes a main house where we live, the guest house which is 1700 sq ft and a 3 car garage overlooking a 7 acre pond that is surrounded by beautiful species of birds, toads, turtles, beavers and lots of other wild life. It is joined with conservation land and views of New Hampshire hills.
The first floor offers a large living room with a propane heat stove large windows that adjoin the seating area for six. There is a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the amenities you would need in a kitchen. There is also a new and very clean full bathroom on the first floor. The rugs are light and we do ask our guests to respectfully take their shoes off in the house to keep everything clean.
The second level contains a washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and another full bath. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the master has a King size bed, and a queen. There are beds for 4 people. The deck over looks the main house, pond and beautiful sunrises and forest. Property is right off rt 5. We do not allow any outside guests including friends/ family that live in the area without permission.
