Our Unit is available from Sunday November 24th to Sunday December 1, 2024 (you must pay for the full 7 nights). The Battle for Atlantis college basketball Tournament takes place this week. Enjoy our timeshare, Harborside Resort at Atlantis, it is a world-famous vacation destination on Paradise Island, Bahamas. Guests are entitled to enjoy full privileges at the neighboring Atlantis Resort and its pools, water-parks, marine habitats, mazes of countless life-size aquariums, restaurants, bars, casino (Las Vegas style Sports Book) and legendary shopping! There are no adequate words to describe Atlantis - you must come and experience it foryourself! Please go to the Atlantis website to see all that Atlantis has to offer.

Furthermore upon payment, I will assign rights to my timeshare unit and you'll receive a confirmation from Vistana Signature Experiences. You check in with a credit card for room charges and you get keys which allow access to all of Atlantis with charging privledges; they will issue as many card accounts as you need, meaning each guest can have their own charge account.
My family has enjoyed this timeshare for the past 20 years, for 2024 we just can't make it, I encourage you to read the reviews from our Guests. Our units 2718 & 2719 are in building one which is right on the Atlantis Yacht Harbor and both balconies look across the water at the main entrance of Atlantis. Being in buidling one makes it very convienent to the lobby/shuttles and has the great views of the harbour and the resort. The units sleep 8 though with younger children we have had as many as 11 (They will provide an adult size cot or infant crib if requested). There are shuttle buses that can take you anywhere in the resort including Royal Towers, The Cove, The Reef, Tennis Center, Coral Towers, Beach Tower, The Ocean Club, and the Ocean Club Golf Course. But for getting to the main part of Atlantis and the pool & aquarium areas I recommend walking the Yacht Harbor which is only a 1/4 mile walk lined with beautiful boats and shops.
The units can be locked off. The smaller side has 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, the bathroom has two doors one from the Bedroom and the other from the living area and has a large jetted tub. You'll find a large closet in the living area which also contains a stacked washer and dryer. It has a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, dish washer, sink, and Microwave/Convection Oven (we've cooked a turkey in each oven every year for Thanksgiving! Then you have a dining area (4) and a sofa bed (Queen), On the larger side you have a large Master Bedroom with a king bed and a large master bath with a jetted tub, vanity with 2 sinks, and large closet (with safe). Outside of the MB is a 3/4 bath with single vanity in the hallway and a bathroom with large shower and the toilet. There is a dining area (6) with two closets one containing the stacked washer/dryer. Kitchen is larger with a bar (2 bar chairs), good counter space, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, and lots of storage. Atlantis can be expensive if you're eating all meals out but there is a daily free shuttle to the supermarket which is very well stocked and comparable to a Kroger or Safeway. Its also very reasonably priced; only things like wine get expensive, most liquor and beer are comparable to the US. When spending the day at the Atlantis pools/beaches we more often than not pack lunch and bring our own drinks.
The property is maintained as a hotel in the sense that the furnishings and amenities in the units are all identical. Harborside supplies all paper products, trash bags, soap/shampoo/conditioner, etc.; if you run out just call house keeping, and there is a Wednesday maid service at no charge. Harborside has a large pool, baby pool and a 20+ person hot tub; in addition there is a full bar and restaurant by the pool overlooking the channel between Paradise Island. You will also find a well equipped gym, shuffleboard, and ping pong by the pool area.
Thanksgiving week is great time to visit Atlantis. The Battle 4 Atlantis college basketball tournament brings in a big fun crowd from around the US. This makes the night life a lot of fun. Atlantis also has all kinds of kids activities including 1/2 or full day camps. The weather this time of year is also great. Typical highs of 83 degrees and few rain days.
