Laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The living room has a 65” FLATSCREEN LCD HDTV SMART TV with a DVD. Each bedroom has a Flatscreen LCD HDTV. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Internet TV broadcasts both Phoenix local and Spanish language broadcasts. The dining room can seat 8 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows for seating for an additional 4 people. The front balcony has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pools and ocean. The back balcony has unobstructed view of the 18 hole Championship golf course. The kitchens has sliding pass-thru windows that open up to an outdoor bar with 4 additional bar stools. We have Internet with a desk top computer. Wireless is available for your Labtop in the Condo, and wireless though out Las Palomas
