Our bright 2 bedroom condo features open concept living room, kitchen and dining room with balcony. Two separate bedrooms with queen beds and a large bathroom with plenty of storage. This corner unit filled with a lot of natural light is located on the second floor with no need to use new elevator, only one set of stairs from beach entrance or parking lot. We are conveniently located on the opposite side of the pool area with unobstructed view, looking at clear sky and Bahamas nature (amazing sunrises from the balcony) not facing condos in the other building, pool and beach area or walkway to the beach. That gives you extra privacy with just steps away from the beach.
Unit is fully renovated with all new furniture, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You have all you need for your own cooking with new sets of pots and pans and small appliances that we just purchased for our own use. Brand new large Samsung Smart TV in the living room with high speed internet and plenty of TV channels. Two extra Smart TV's in each bedroom can be used to stream contents from your device like Netflix, Spotify, YouTube or previously downloaded content from your device. Strong unlimited Wi-Fi. All new bedding and towel sets.
This condo was purchased, renovated and decorated tastefully for our own family use with everything you will need for a pleasant short or long term stay. In a case of any questions or concerns we have an onsite manager that can address any issue promptly.
Reception on the main floor is available for any general questions and info as well as local phone calls for booking some of many offered attractions on the island.
