Summary: First of all, I’d like to point out the parking details are misleading. As a customer, I’d prefer a not saying there would be additional parking charges instead of “Parking available”. That way I feel it’d be more transparent. Secondly, I would like to say if there are efforts made to address the issue with the stench in the elevator and in the hallways, that would aid in a better customer experience. Lastly, I would like to point out the flooring of the shower cubicle is very slippery, I think it is an important aspect that needs addressed. Other that the above, the hotel is pretty decent.
