Positive: Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and welcoming. The level of service across the board was impeccable.

Negative: The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations. I noticed that several items were not fresh and appeared to have been sitting out for some time: · Soya milk had curdled · Dumplings were hardened and dry. · Pastries were also hard and lacked freshness. · Pancakes were cold. · Indian roti was similarly cold and chewy. The breakfast selection should reflect the same level of care and quality that the service team delivers.
