This brand new spacious condo is located in a quiet, safe, gated community which offers 24 hr security & is perfect for a jogger or nature lover. The community is home to wild peacocks that are often seen walking around. There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom, a washer & dryer, modern design concept, with an inviting living area with a huge comfy sectional and half bath conveniently located downstairs. For your added pleasure, we have a few books for your use, a signed in Netflix account, free, unlimited Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, bottled water, unlimited tea and coffee. We provide all utensils and cooking appliances, so feel free to bring your food and chef up a home cooked meal. We have a four seat dining set and 2 comfy chairs at the island in case you need a work space for your laptop. The yard is modestly landscaped, so you won't miss us with the grass enhanced driveway tiles. The beach is a 5 minute drive away, so grab the cooler we provide in the kitchen and pack all your drinks and snacks to take along with you. There's beach towels for your added comfort while lounging out at the beach. We can arrange a rental car for $60 per day, so please don't bother with taxi services. The rental car company will deliver the car to the airport and they will collect it when you're leaving for added convenience. We look forward to meeting you!
