Summary: Subject: An unforgettable birthday stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. We also really enjoyed the dining—the food was pretty good and we looked forward to our meals. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the incredible service. I want to give a massive thank you to Allessa. She was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make my mother’s birthday amazing. Her help and attention to detail meant so much to us and made the celebration extra special. We also received fantastic service from Hector, Mario, Anthony, and Axel. They were all great and made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come back!
