Positive: One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We truly loved everything about it. The overall ambience of the hotel was incredibly peaceful, and the room exceeded our expectations in every way—design, comfort (the bed was insanely comfortable), size, attention to detail, and the stunning view. We had an oceanfront room, and it was absolutely worth the upgrade. Room service was top-tier, and the restaurants were excellent as well — our favorite was the French one, highly recommend….The iced lattes and matcha were great, which is surprisingly hard to find at hotels these days, even more at all inclusive hotels. We did stayed in the preferred section and absolutely loved it. It includes an exclusive pool and bar that also offers snacks and greats drinks. The beach was clean and beautiful, making the entire experience even better.

Negative: We loved everything.
