Summary: If you want a quiet and remote getaway with boating proximity to tons of adventure this is the place. Excellent family or couples' location. Risa arranged for everything we needed and requested. The inside of the house is very nice with high ceilings and cold air conditioning. Breadboy was fantastic and helped with anything we asked. This island is home to kind and friendly people. We cannot wait to return and rent from Risa again. A few suggestions: You may want to discuss groceries with Risa ahead of time. If not, the island has a couple of grocery stores. The house kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook. You will need a golf cart unless you want to walk everywhere. Although Blackpoint is full of beauty and quietness you are cheating yourself if you do not rent a boat and explore. Risa can take care of this. I recommend Capt Magic as your captain. The boat is mandatory for me on all future visits. In summary, Breadboy, Risa, and every person we spoke to on the island were kind, full of smiles, and an eagerness to help. I have nothing negative to report about anything. My family and I cannot wait to see Bread, Risa, and the other residents of Blackpoint asap. We highly recommend renting from Risa!
