Summary: This property is all about the Million Dollar view!!!!. The pictures on the listing do not lie as they are actual pics of what you get! As you know, sometimes thinks are not always what they seem.We had up to 13 people at the house and the house can very easily accommodate this many, but you really need the add-on loft!!We had a rental car which I would highly recommend, as it gives you the ability to really do anything you want. Don't forget you have to get groceries and other items and taxis and ride shares are not abundant and to be honest not sure how responsive they are.Now with my experience with other people’s homes there are always issues and with our experience we did have some issues. Those issues were related to items that needed some owner attention before our arrival, but I have to say the management company was very responsive and assisted with any of our issues. With this house you can just stay at the house, or you can step off the property and walk to the public beach or go straight out front to the Caribbean and swim and snorkel. This is really the only house that we saw in this location that allowed for this. Others you must drive to get to some of these access points.The house had a security system and we felt very safe but as always lock up the house if no one is at the house. As I mentioned before, if you have a large group, I would highly recommend the attached LOFT apartment as that is awesome and sleeps many and has bathrooms and showers for those sleeping there.So, in the end we stayed for 13 days, and it was worth it and had a great time. Just remember this is someone's house and your expectations must be that not everything is going to be to your standards. We made some recommendations around updates to the house that we hope they incorporate in the future as the house just needs some tender love and care for areas like the Kitchen.We would all return to this house in the future I just wish the Bahamas was not so darn expensive.
