The condo is located a short drive from cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and straw market in Port Lucaya, and is just a five-minute walk to an open air restaurant located right on the beach. Our condo is located in a small two story building on a safe, private, gated property. It includes one free parking spot, coin operated laundry facilities and a beautiful 40-foot pool. We offer a bright, clean, comfortable space to relax and renew. The condo is well appointed for both short and long stays. The kitchen is equipped with new cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. There is a full-size refrigerator, a 2-burner countertop stove, and a new over-the-range microwave. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee or an intimate dinner. The queen-sized bed has a new pillowtop mattress for your comfort.
Wifi is included. The new 43” Smart TV allows you to continue watching Netflix/Prime/YouTube from your own account, or connect to the TV from your own device via HDMI or WiFi.
