Palm Cay is a private, family friendly, gated community, on the south eastern tip of New Providence. One Marina 3 is ideally located at the centre of everything to offer at Palm Cay. There is direct access to a private rooftop pool, the Marina, and Boat charters. A 10 minute scenic stroll along the marina perimeter boardwalk, brings you to a world class beach and the beautiful turquoise waters of The Bahamas. The Beach club is available for a small daily fee for guests (from the welcome centre) which will allow access to the beach club with lounge chairs and umbrellas, gym, tennis courts, and the Ink Bar, (beachfront pool and bar.) Access to the beachfront Pink Octopus restaurant is free, and therefore does not require the daily fee.
There is also a conveniently located Dockside Cafe, (Starbucks, lunch, Ice Cream, snacks, souvenirs, sunscreen, etc...) next to the marina office on the dock!
Book and enjoy a relaxing seaside massage and facial treatments at The Spa located near the welcome center.

A 15 minute walk out of Palm Cay (or 2 minute drive) gets you to Solomon’s, a new and modern grocery store with a great selection. Located conveniently next door to Solomon’s is a liquor store ( The Flying Dutchman)
There is a parking spot available for guests who have rented a car. Marina 3, Palm Cay is centrally located to all venues, such as Paradise Island, groceries, downtown Nassau, etc…all within 5-25 minutes in either direction.
Palm Cay is 35+ minute drive to/from the airport
This elegant property is located Marina front, and a :10 minute Marina boardwalk stroll is all that is required to access the beautiful beaches of the Bahamas!
